Fitness Essentials | My Picks

Everyone seems to be on the fitness and health wagon at this time of year, and why not?! The New Year is a perfect excuse to kick your butt back into shape after slacking off for the Christmas season (we all did it!).

I personally love athletic wear at anytime of the year as it can honestly motivate you to get a bit of exercise. Not only do the shape and colours of the clothing lift up your old and make you feel a bit more confident but even if you are going out for a walk in the park, a lovely pair of trainers makes a world of difference. From the comfort to the extra endurance, sports clothing is the way to go!

Here are a few bits that I picked out which I feel would give me some motivation to take a quick jog around the block or pop to the gym for a sever workout. Although black may seem a little boring to some people, it is the colour I feel most comfortable in (I feel like i'm invisible when I wear black whilst working out in the gym and I love it!), whereas bright colours are brilliant for summer to get you pumped up and motivated.
